If you have a bandcamp, soundcloud, mixloud, vk or similar account just drop include your link into the message.
Add all your demo tracks to the single zip archive.
Then upload the archive to any file hosting (Dropbox, Mega.nz, Mediafire, etc) and send us the download link.
