YX - YX EP (2015)

Under the alias YX, nineteen-year-old electronic musician Peter Kulic from Croatia showcases a diverse range of musical experimentation, evident in his debut self-titled mini-album for #SUBWISE. Initially inspired by #Techno, #Progressive, and #Deep #House, Peter looked up to projects like Max Cooper, The Chemical Brothers, and Deadmau5. Additionally, his older brother introduced him to punk rock and grunge from an early age, which further influenced his musical taste. Within this eclectic musical backdrop, YX's project flourished, transcending the confines of various tags coined by critics and enthusiasts in recent years. With almost complete certainty, it can be said that nobody, not even Peter himself, knows what his next album will sound like. Nonetheless, it is certain that this won't be YX's last release on our label!
